None of the above would be my truthful answer but if forced to choose I suppose I'd pick the Falcon.

Bucoo, I've never had bad luck with Abu gear but I am a big Falcon fan and they're made in America. I have 3 bucoo myself and have whacked some nice fish on them with no issues. Sensitivity wise they are better than my LowRiders I do believe and almost up there with my Cara's. If they had cork instead of foam, I'd own nothing but Bucoo's for the money.

If I could go back now I would buy a Falcon, the eyes on the Veratas's are not very durable and break very easily.

I've used the veritas rods extensivley, about 15 of various lengths and action, in general they seem very fragile most had issues with the eyes breaking or the inserts falling out and just didn't seem to hold up for very long at all. I now have two bucoo rods, mh and h, both are fine rods and just as much sensitivity and lightweight feel as the veritas but no problems so far. I've had them for a little over three months now, they definitely are softer than the veritas but out of the two I would highly recommend the falcon rod.

One made in USA and one made in China. Easy choice.
