well they are there i got 5 in bout 40 minutes then my son went in up to his nose! All i can say is God is good and ,he is alive and well, we are both lil shook up. Be careful guys. But find slack water and fish on! Water is down alot so there is more fishing area.

Went down there today. Talked to one guy and he said there was at leat 50 people down there. I turned around and left. he came back empty handed and said that most were catching small crappie. All big crappie are fished out unless you got jon boat to get away from everybody. Its not worth it.

Those are some nice Keepers I have that same LFT Jig in my Jig arsonal.Anyone who claims that creek is fished out,or does`nt give it a chance because someone else says it`s too many people down there in my opinion just does`nt have what it takes and are afraid of people.If you consider yourself a fisherman you will at some time have to interact with others that is how you become a better fisherman.You get tips from others that help increase your chances of being successful.Hey JDW1, don`t let someone else who hasn`t had any luck kill your spirit.You could end up with a limit but if you don`t try you won`t catch anything for sure.Try your skills first& if you get no takers ask somebody what they `re catching them on.Look at the other fisherman and study them that`s the way yo do it.There`s no shame in that just don`t quit.

20 more today they started slamming my jigs around 10-10:30 and i left em biting around 2.....but it just rained like a cow **ssing on a flat rock.

+1 fishbonz i only had 4 at first yesterday...and they was 10.5 11 inch...guy next to me was catching 13 or better 2 or 3 to my one....we got back in a cove together...i was like....so whats the deal...am i really not holdin my mouth right or what.....about 15 seconds of adjusting and that big one in the pic came at same time his big one for day came....off one minor adjustment....12 or better rest of the day.

Cedar Hill gang went down there yesterday,and had 35 2lb+ slabs,along with some sandies,drum and catfish.....I had to take my little girl to a friends's birthday party...Lucky me...LOL

Hey czechgrubworm went today and caught a few did not get a limit but they are still there.The bite has slowed quite a bit since the first of march.At 508 cfs Bardwell is still cranking out way too much water.It needs to be around 120cfs.

Yes, Chambers is off of 45. My husband went on Friday after work and picked up another 7. We went together Saturday evening and caught 9 and two really large crappie. Water being release around 200+ right now.. it's low, but they were there. We might go after work today.
