I met a guy in serf side that was catching gohst shrimp in the surf with a pump. According to him it is the best bait for surf and bay fishing for drum. Has any one else ever tried fishing with them? just currious to know if any one elase uses them and has any success.

Lot's of folks swear by 'em but I've never used them. I adhere to the "Big bait catches big fish" mantra. Therefore, I stick to live fin fish for bait.

They are fun for the kids to catch. You do need a pump. Also remember there is a limit of 20 per day!!
