I actually only fished north/west of the ramp & did not make it toward the main lake. There was a lot of floating grass in clumps & my partner caught one about 15" off of the edge of it. You can see a lot of grass on the bottom too. I don't know if I the 4# I caught was around any cover or not, but I think it was just roaming the shallows.
Temp was 57-59, but I'm sure surface got up to 62 or so Sunday afternoon.

Matt, I only swim with the fishes at Fayette...http://www.myfishingpictures.com/img/081776.jpg

Matt, I'm ready when you are.

Water clarity was as usual, about 1 ft (maybe). However we had rain the day/night before so I'm sure that muddied (is that a word?) it up some.

Dang Matt, wish I could but I had to take some days off for my Grandfather's funeral. The week is difficult right now, but thanks for the offer. We'll work something out.

Just weight-less T-Rig... I bet you have fished there. It's in area you and Don (BassAm) talk about.. Just glad you left some for me... I caught one where the worm had fell through one of the fence baskets (pcv & fence wire) Had to pull up wire and release fish which was behind wire..

Thanks for your thoughts Matt. He was a Iwo Jima Vet. & was there to witness the raising of the flag on Mt. Surbachi, but that's a long story.

I'll let you know about next Friday the 10th. I was looking at my vacation schedule & for some reason I took off the 17th, so I may try to go then. I'll let you know.
