Im taking my little boy fishing out there to lake ray Roberts not asking for any hot spots just some advise any sdvise is welcome. Thanks in advance.

We caught several with the kids off lone oak road. Just pick a point or cove where the wind is blowing into it. We caught 6 channels and two blues Saturday in an hour.
There are always a few channels hanging on the east side of second bridge back in the cove. Soon they'll be closer to the bridge.
I'm headed to Hawaii Friday but would gladly have yall tag along this summer. I'm no pro, but we usually catch enough for dinner.

If you are bank fishing, the point between the two bridges on Lone Oak road should be pretty good, can't make any promises since they are letting water out though!!!
