Got 2 on the out side of the cat tails. also got 3 bass in the 4-5lb range. all on a pats jigs in honey bee color with a nibble. got a 3lb cat and some blue gills too. start checking WRL on the banks every day for the next 4 weeks...fished the South end on both sides, cat tails with pockets, put it in the pocket!!!!

Just spent 4hrs flippen half the cat tails on the South end and got tons of bass but only 2 crappie like last weekend...one guy cought a few from the bank casting out as far as he could and fishing on the bottom, It's about 8ft deep where his baits were landing witch tells me there in pre-spawn right now, you'll get a female now and then but the bass are still spawning. saw one school of bass fry so the crappie should be in hot and heavy soon...
