Haven't really decided...I am bank bound so that limits my areas, generally I go to Mattie Caston park or out to the boat ramp on 2859. I won't be heading out until late afternoon, just finished up at the school working some kids out, now I need to go get some bait!

Ended up with twelve blues from jugs and r&r. Slow evening. Was on north end of chambers branch. Biggest 3 pnds

Well I just called it a night...a frustrating night lol. Went to catch bait...2 bluegill and that was it, of course was having to avoid kids which were flipping rocks for snakes, go figure. Get out to RC and right off the bat I catch 2 eater channels and I'm thinking heck yeah its gonna be a good night. Well not so fast my friend! After that I catch a gar on one of my bluegills. The gar continued on until I just gave up a few moments ago. We don't have gar where I am from, how long do they generally bite? I kept thinking they would turn off and the cats would come out. Maybe I just didn't wait long enough. Didn't matter what I threw out, bluegill, shad, livers, the gar were after it.

I was at Mattie Caston right where the creek bends to head into the lake.

I tore em up from the bank this morning at inlaws lake house. Had a limit in two hrs.

Dang, figures I got out too late this morning, just couldn't wake my butt up after last night. Anyways I got out there bout noon, fish were still biting just not real aggressive, ended up with several small channels but threw them all back didn't wanna deal with cleaning a bunch of small ones figured I would let them grow up some. Sounds like you had a great morning!

It was good. Caught most under a cork in 4 ft of water. Didn't even use kayak this am. But since I caught a limit by 9 am had to do upkeep on place rest of day. Mowed , weedeated, cleaned up limbs, any poison and fertilized, skimed and vacuumed pool. Not to mention taking little one to chilis to meet Easter bunny. Fixing to b an early night. We gonna have to meet up dc and do some fishing. Hoping to get a buddy yak in near future and want to come down chambers creek and fish the old lake
