Motor running bad at WOT. I see a lot of bubbles in my fuel filter at WOT. Are the bubbles normal?

maybe, if its cutting out and bucking you may have an air leak, not that expensive to get a bulb and some good auto hose/clamps and redo it. I build my own fuel lines and they are much cheaper than the boxed brands.

Are they air or water bubbles? Don't run it until you fix it. If it is air you might be running lean.

Definitely a leak in your fuel line! It is easier to suck air than fuel so you are getting air in your fuel lines. If your fuel system is 100% sealed you should not see any air. Might be a bulb or the fuel line my recommendation would be to replace it all. You can get the fuel line at any auto parts store just make sure it is alcohol resistant then get a new bulb and some hose clamps if you do not have them already don't trust zip ties.
