Planning on going to canyon boating/tubing this weekend. How bad did it get flooded? Debris?

Thanks.

All the boat launches operated by corp of engineers closed.

The lake is up four feet in four days, and they slowed the flow for the tubers in the Guadalupe over the 4th.

The report didn't mentioned Jacobs creek or Toms creek boat ramps. You may check there to launch. I have a friend who lives on Toms creek and he said that it is up about 3 - 4 feet.

If people focused on important issues, there would be a shortage of fishing poles.

Yeah, Fort Sam ramp is even closed. Called up there and they said people were putting in on Jacobs creek.

Jul 7th,

They just started releasing water from Canyon. Almost 5000 cfs. Probably will close Guadalupe for tubing.
