Hey guys, went out to Whiskey Flatts tonight for the first time in 3 days to let the water get a little more clear and I had to get another license! Been going there for about the last 2 weeks and this had to be the best night so far. Me and my friend caught a good mess but I lost a ton of big ones because im to busy watching fish jump down the river to be able to set the hook... Females are finally there, first ones i've seen this run so far. Nice and fat too. Caught them all on minnows(lazy Fishing). It should be on fire this week as the females keep running up the river, hope everyone does well!

Hey when are you heading over there again? I live in Fort Worth and I've been making the drive out to Rowlett Creek, it would be nice to have something local to fish at. Are you heading out this week at all?

How far are you walking to get them from where you park? Some info and I'll throw in a lap dance at the TU club.

I will be going tonight to check it out after this light rain we are getting at the moment. And i've been walking about 1/4 a mile down the trail.
