What is the best way to peg bullets weights? I am wanting to climb through weeds, trees and bushes. Thanks

I find the pegs posted above difficult to get out of a light weight.

I prefer to peg weights with something similar to these:

I know I shouldnt do it, but I still use a sliver of a toothpick. I just make sure not to pinch my line.

They will slip on wet line if you are casting. I put two of them on there to prevent it.

sorry for the broken link, above. google danielsen bobber stops. look for the round, yellow tab with wires coming out of it. There will be red, yellow and black footballs toward the end of those wires. Those are your "bobber stops" and they go on your line before your weight, for the few who were unaware. Cheapest and best system for pegging I've found. There are lots of "improvements" to the original, and they all work too.

In this case however, the original is still the best!
