Fishing is a hobby for me. A release if you will. Nothing about it depresses me.

The only thing depressing is having to leave the water.

Keep the Lord in your heart and keep your powder dry.

The cost. It seems like it cost me $300 to go fish for the day. Between diesel, boat gas, oil, fuel additives, drinks, snacks, baits, etc. that's not including $150 tournament fees. I guess you gotta pay to play.

I wouldn't say it's depressing...but the fact that the only time it seems the wind isn't howling is during the week, when it gets to 106 degrees in the summer, and when it's 22 degrees with 43 degree water temps in the winter.

The thought of living some place like Minnesota or southern Canada in the summer and fishing in calm conditions and 75 degrees is pretty appealing.

Actually I have to admit the wind hasn't been bad this year. Last spring was brutal.

There is nothing depressing about fishing, only running out of cold beer in a dry county.

The only thing depressing is having to wait for the weekend to come back around.

nothing about fishing itself depresses me...it is my hobby and how I relax.

Now, some of the people that you run into on the water these days are pretty depressing with their actions and attitudes but I try to ignore them and not let it ruin my day on the water....life is to short to let some jackarse control my day!
