Hey guys, Im going from Lubbock to Lake Fork for the first time ever. I don't know anything about the lake other than what I've seen on google earth. Does anyone have any advise for me? Thank you.

I'm headed there tonite to try night fishing for 3 nights. I caught a DD the first of march on a plum worm. Red seemed to be the key color then and should still be good. I caught alot on a red square bill and senko.

We were there a few weeks ago and caught a few on watermelon red brush hogs with a split shot about 6 in above the bait. Just fish slow!

.....Fork is on fire. You have fish in pre spawn, spawn, and post spawn patterns right now. Mid lake is holding a ton of fish shallow as in 1ft-3ft to fish in 5-10 ft. Just pick a creek, tie on a soft plastic and go fishing. Fish are holding to timber big time. Big/Little Mustang, Wolf, Dale, Williams, Indian are a pretty dang good place to start!

Run the boat lanes, idle when you're not in em and hang on when you hook up. Could be ol Sally.

Good luck

Trust me, there are a lot of fish in post spawn right now. There are still more than a plenty on beds as well though.

Set the hook first, ask questions later!!!

Dude, fish fork before you reply on a post to help a guy out, there are alot of fish already spawned out in about 5-10 foot of water.

I had one of my best days ever on fork saturday. There were tons of bass loaded up on points in 5 to 15 feet of water feeding on shad and occasionlly schooling up on top. They mostly appeared post spawn. Probly caught close to 50 bass.
