I tend to catch a ton of undersized fish there also. I hate it cause the lake is in my back yard and I'd love for it to produce better. Every time I've fished there I only end up with a few over 10, most are like you all are saying...the 9.5 inch JP special.
A bad fishing day to me is sitting at home.

CV pretty much summed it up. You would think the TP&W would take his advice and 'prune' the lake so to speak...

I have to disagree with everyone. For the past two years I have been catching a lot more keepers than throw backs. This past Saterday I caught 18 good thick keepers and only 6 short fish. I only measured a few.
They were in the flooded reeds. With the water dropping I only caught a few in the grass Sunday. I backed out to 6 feet of water and found a few.
