Anyone know?

Around 18 pounds won it, I don't think there was another sack close to that, 10, 9, and 7 lbs I think were in the money, there were three or four really good teams that blanked, if it were not for the 2.8 pounder I caught on my third cast we would have blanked, I practiced for 2 1/2 days and could not come up with anything, I do have the sand bass patterned, lol.

Well that makes me feel better about my performance out there yesterday

What does the water look like out there? Thinking about going tomorrow and was wondering what the color was and the temp...

It was pretty clear on the south end. I saw temps from 68-72

Was it a couples tourney? I was just fun fishing and saw a guy/gal fishing in a cove. They had they're boat beached for over an hour. I fished the cove, caught about a 2lber and on my way out asked, "well, how big is she?" I knew they were bed fishing hard, despite me not seeing a bass in the shallows all day. They said they saw a 5lber the day before sitting there, but the water had silted up from the wind and that they couldn't see them anymore.

The only had 2 keepers at around 11, but said they were good ones. Nevertheless, they looked like they knew what they were doing.

I saw a few fish on beds. One really good one, might've pushed 8.
