No question out of those 3 choices...Dobyns Champion. Comparing those exact 3 line of rods is not really an appoles to apples comparison.

Shimano Crucial, Shimano Cumara, Dobyns Savvy, St. Croix Avid, Falcon Cara, BPS Carbonlite, Quantum Smoke
Just some to look at depending on how many you want and what you want to spend.
I don't care for those St. Croix Mojos though, way too heavy compared to the other rods listed.

I have 2 Dobyns Savvy rods and 2 Champions, both are great rods. The Savvy is the best rod in its price range in my opinion($150-170). They also have great customer service as I broke a rod and they had a brand new one to me within a week(the break was my fault).

Personally, I believe that you ought to be looking at St. Croix Avids. The Mojo rods are entry lever rods.

The Helios is awesome I might add Ooooo.... EXCELLENT choice! I own an original Legend Elite EC68MXF, and a ES68MXF. Great rods! I consider them to the be the best all-around weightless soft plastic rods ever. I’ve caught more fish on my EC68MXF than any other rod that I’ve ever owned. You’re going to love it. TFP

All 3 are excellent rods personally I like the Kistler Z-Bones but I am partial to American made products.

My son and are building some of are rods on St. Croix V generation rod blank. They are an awesome rod, the St. Croix Legend Tournament is a IV generation blank. Their high end American made rods are lite and sensitive. The entry level MOJO rods are gen I-II blanks made in Mexico. Most fishermen don't even look at the blank specs! The higher the modulus or generation the liter and more sensitive they are regardless of brand.
One you build and fish with your own hand built custom rod you will fish with nothing else!
