I hit my kill switch one morning on RC when I was unloading. I was livid to say the least.....but that changed to humility once I realized what I had done....45 minutes later.

My buddy laughed at me all day! Good thing we caught lots of fish that day....it made me feel way better!!

Yeah Trash guy I was thinking blown motor and all kinds of bad stuff. So being the dummy of the day was a little easier.

Johnny I had a buddy call me at 2:15 in the morning once with a motor that wouldn't start. I asked him to check his kill switch and vroom! He'd been "stuck" out there for two hours trying to get home on the trolling motor. It's more common than you'd think.

We were about 19 miles offshore once when I pulled mine. It's a real sick feeling to be running along and all of a sudden have the motor conk out.

If it is cave man time then even I can catch them. I better get out there!

Glad it all worked out johnny!!! I'm coming out Saturday for some sandies action. Marked a ton of fish surfing the cat tourney out there. Gonna hit some jumps and slopes and see if I am Lucky!! Hopefully I get a chance to meet u this weekend.

Atta don't fooled by the huge amount of shad that more than likely you were seeing . They have looked like sandbass hugging the bottom the last month but they are not. The scope has been really hard to read. Had an ex guide with me a couple of weeks ago he could not beleive it. Fished about four places until he was convinced it was shad. But that is not the case now the shad are running for their lives. The sandbass are back from spawning and real hungry.I predict for the next six weeks everyone will be a sandbass expert and it is a fun time for everyone. Easy to catch for a little while.

No problem on the name Carnack, don't think Dad ever noticed and as long as he's catching fish the way we did yesterday you can call him anything!! John told me that was the most fish he's ever caught in fresh water. Couldn't wipe the smiles off their faces. Thanks again.
