 My boy got his first

Took the kids cat fishin yesterday and my boy caught his first fish. He had his Zebco and wasn't really into the sitting and waiting for the catfish. So I tied him on a spinnerbait. His first cast landed about 2 feet from the bank. Next thing I know he was yelling and I could see the fish boiling in the water. He fought it all the way and it took him about 5 min to get it 2 feet. So proud of him for doing everything by himself.
