I currently fish out of a 10' pond prowler and have been trying to branh out and experiment with different bodies of water to challenge myself to become a better fisherman.

I was thinking about trying to hit Joe Pool this Sunday but have never fished it. I have only been to the area once and it was to have beers at the Oasis with a buddy of mine.

Does anybody have suggestions on what areas are going to be fishable in my rig? The wind doesn't bother me as long as it isn't 40 mph. I am having an issue with my sonar right now and may wait until I can get it working properly so I can better learn the lake and cover.

Thanks for any input!

If I was in a Bass Buster, I'd look into Britton Park. Look at it on Google Earth. There is plenty of fishable water back there and it is pretty secluded. You could also get into the creek that goes almost all the way to 287.
