Anybody fish this lake for whites any tips or places to look for whites out there any help would be awesome thanks in advance

I fish the lake for whites regularly. It is too early for schools, but they are spawning. Look for them at the wall, and at the White Settlement Road crossing. There are some big white bass in Lake Weatherford.

If you fish from a boat try the area near the pump house buoys.

+1 near the buoys. a little later in the spring after the spawn you can catch tons of them as well as the yellows at the bubblers near the dam. There are around 6-8 of them and each are about 100-200 yards off the dam wall. several are near the buoys.

Is the ramp open now? Last I heard it was still closed due to water level???

Thanks guys i will be fishing weatherford and benbrook a lot this summer hopefully i can meet up with some of you and hit the lake

I was there on Monday evening and the boat ramp is open and the water level is all the way up.

Good deal, that's actually a decent bass lake I didn't know the whites were that abundant in there though. Good info. to know, it must suck to live on the northern end of that lake with the water fluctuation being so drastic.
