The wife and I tried Cypress Springs last Sat. morning and evening and late Sun. morning and diden't catch any crappie. We were fishing the shores on the south side of the lake. Do you think the recent rains and water run offs drove them out a little. The water was murkie brown with alot of top water debree.

I was going to go back this past weekend to try and duplicate the previous weekend's catch, but saw that the lake had come up about 2' quickly, so I stayed closer to home. Will hit this weekend, though.

I think the fish are still there, but look for the 70+ degree water for the shallow fish wink

We went on the 27th and it was slow. We caught six under docks on the big cove that runs north. However we fishied for like 6 hours and that is all we caught. Anyone care to share brushpile info for that lake?
