Can't tell how long it is but I'd say between 9 and 10.5. Nice fish.

I was gonna say 8lbs....shes just not a lengthy fish. Nice fish though!!

the belly on that fish is almost as big as that dip in your mouth  I'd say a solid 8 - Congrats!

check your scale with a gallon of water. gallon of water is approximately 8.35 pounds.

check your scale with a gallon of water. gallon of water is approximately 8.35 pounds. Great call on checking the scales. I caught one this weekend that was 24.5" that I thought was bigger than the 7.5lbs my scales said. I checked with a gallon of water and the scales said it weighed 8.35, so I'd say my scales are dead on.
