on the foot peddle on/off switch it shows on the switch MOM/OFF/CON,what does the mom stand for and the con stand for? i switch it one way and it works but switch it the other way it doesn't work.just curious Thanks

Mom is short for Momentary. In this position. the motor is turned on & off with the foot-switch.
Con is short for Constant. In this position the motor should be on continuously with speed controlled by the speed control.
