on the foot peddle on/off switch it shows on the switch MOM/OFF/CON,what does the mom stand for and the con stand for? i switch it one way and it works but switch it the other way it doesn't work.just curious

Mom is short for Momentary. In this position. the motor is turned on & off with the foot-switch.

Con is short for Constant. In this position the motor should be on continuously with speed controlled by the speed control.
