We fished Roberts Tuesday night and while driving over the dam the water was literally dotted with floaters from end to end...I'm sure they are all over the lake but I know for sure they were everywhere by the dam

Some big ones floating in Lake Worth also... one about 14-15' long floating between Goat island and the 820 bridge. Several more to the main lake side of 199 also. EM is dumping over 4000 CFS right now and Worth has over 4000 CFS going over the spill way so theres a ton of current moving all kinds of debris around right now.

There are all sorts of 'things' floating on Palestine. The water is continuing to flow into the lake from all of the area rivers and creeks...and they seem to be full of all sorts of 'things' from what I'd call, "The gladly welcomed heavy rains"...

All I know is that my grandson's collection of soccer ball, basketballs, footballs, etc. is getting bigger by the day.
Now all I need is for a whole bunch of luckycrafts to float up on the shoreline.

I barley missed that one on the way back to weigh in.

I was in the office today (just North of downtown Dallas) and when I went to the men's room, I had to dodge floaters in both pools on Porcelain Pond Creek. It appears that the weather is even affecting the smaller bodies of water in DFW.....
What would Gary Dollahon do if he were here today?
