Very tough caught a few but Lake is still a mess. But it is starting to clear. Catching a few that are spawned out. Fish starting to come back to lake. They have cut the release way down . So all of that is going in the right direction.

I was out there today and they were very hard to come by for me. I prob caught 15 total and the bite was very light. Gonna try again tomorrow.

Skunked today, went back out tonight and took a few under the lights at the Yacht Club on white road runners. It was beautiful out tonight, mid 60's and no wind.
Lots of debris in the lake, hit something last night (returning from scampys) that spun the hub on my SS prop, kicked up the transducer and rattled me too. Be careful out there!

Saw some big logs, and a big bush floating around in the middle of the lake. Lots of those at party cove when the weather warms up.

The Rojo Mako was on EM Saturday for the first time since last fall. It was just like Johnny and everyone else stated. There were birds everywhere the fish were. Just sitting on he water doing NOTHING just like the fish. Water temps 62-64. It is warming up.
I'm with Deerstangler on the cove.

i geuss haveing to work 14 hours yesterday and not go fishing on such a nice day was not that bad then. would love to go today but the wife wants her new dishwasher installed and iam wore out and sore from last night. i dont work that hard in a week at my real job as last nights side job! iam getting to old for this stuff!! I know i will go buy me a new reel, rod combo with some of that money that will make it all better LOL!!
sounds like they need a few day to get back to the hero action.

We worked hard for them but we ended up with about 30 between the 2 of us. We would catch 4-5 and gone. Still a lot of fun
