Hey guys,headed to tawakoni.Which would be better bait of choice,Sassy Shad or live bait?If sassy shad,what color?Thanks for the help.

It sounds like u would b better off with live bait! Small sassy's in the 2-3 inch range with a 1/2 ounce or 3/8 once jig head will catch fish now on any lake. If u have good electronics u willl have no problem finding bait. One of the lake gurus will chime in if u can b more specific as to what u r fishing 4 ur equipment etc.

Banana is hard to beat on Twak. Take a peek at these. The 3" Mylar is very good and the SD Sassy is SWEET! Good luck!

I'm fishing for the linesiders,and i have good electronics.I,m using the 597 Humminbird with DI,console and trolling mtr.I just haven't been on tawakoni in several years.
