Depends on what your looking for. Usually I get the bearings replaces with ceramic abec 7 and upgrade the drag on them I have two done by Trey he goes by nitroman77 does a excellent job. I think there is a couple of guys on here that do it as well. I live in Canada and I gotta get all my stuff sent away because no one local does it. The bearings help out alot in pitchin and casting. Carbonex drag washers are awesome as well drag works smooth.

I polish the ends of the spool shaft and the part of the spool shaft that passes through the pinion gear (as well as the inside of the pinion gear). If the spool shims are brass, I polish them. If they are carbon fiber, I sand them down until they are flat and smooth. I also polish the brake race until it looks like a mirror. This is big, because it usually means using 3 brakes instead of 2, which makes the brakes more adjustable. I use a Dremel with a small wooden dowel like a toothpick and split the end. Insert a piece of cotton, dab a little metal polish on it, and go. Add in ABEC 7 and/or Ceramic bearings and you have a reel that will cast notiecably farther with minimal effort and less backlashing.
