Which models has this warranty? I have a friend that took a reel in for repair and he was charged for just having it cleaned. All parts were covered by their lifetime parts warranty. He received this reel as a gift some 10+ years ago.

That I understand. I've ran across a few people who own older Ambassadeur reels that had a lifetime warranty on parts. From my understanding there were several years where Ambassadeur reels that had a lifetime warranty. My question is which reel models were included and from what year of manufacturer?

The warranty covers the parts used, not the labor. Its on all models with the foot number starting with years 84-91. And only if the parts are still in stock.
