I am going on Friday, but I don't have a current report. I may end up fishing Caddo instead. Caught a few in the channels 2 weeks back, but I couldn't buy a shallow crappie bite at that time.

I caught them shallow last week. This rain event will be a game changer however. Lots of fresh water. Caddo will be high and stained. Looks like LOP is only about a foot low now and still coming up.

I was on Lake of the Pines last weekend. Saturday we caught some very nice fish in 4' of water. Sunday we could not get a bite anywhere until 6:30 in the evening then it was on. We caught two limits in 8 inches of water. I don't know about this weekend. but I'm sure gonna try. Had a hard time keeping the bass and catfish off our bait. We had a blast. when we could get out of the wind.
I would post pictures but I figured out how yet??
