I am looking or a spinning rod that i can work wacky rig to a shaky head rig and anything in between.

I have a Dobyns 702 SF, and love it.
 like the man says...if you're swimming in the ocean and get bitten by a shark, its not a shark attack. You're in THEIR neighborhood. If you're at home in your shower, turn around and a shark is in there with you...THAT'S a shark attack

Shimano has several different price level spinning rods, and a lifetime warranty,if you break it. Check them out.

It pretty much all depends on how much you are wanting to spend and what is the largest, heaviest lure or presentation you will be using this spinning outfit for.
