I agree with ^^^ IN

I used to take em out and put in Plano boxes but I think that was a bad idea, Now I leave 'em in the zip lock bags. They stay fresher

gone back and forth over the years. currently have my top 10 which accounts for 99.9% of usage out. i had a neat attack about a month ago and moved those to a plano box in my tackle tray compartment. the rest got put in a bag and tossed away in a different storage compartment.

Out and move them into Worm Bags... much easier to keep up with and store (AFTERMARKET SCENTS WORK BETTER THAN ORIGINAL ANYWAYS!!!)

Lures without scent I normally put in boxes and use a spray on scent. Powerbait stays in the bag, as do Rage Craws that have specialized packaging.

I leave mine in, but i have EZ View in my boat, and i keep all of my extra bags in a back pack stuffed up inside my tackle storage compartment.

I keep mine in the bag to keep them fresh and to keep the scent on them when you first open the package

Out.
Im not too worried about the scent. I use an aftermarket scent anyway. Plus I can have several different brands in one box. JMO

In. I keep everything seperated in plastic tubs. Horny toads and ribbits in one box sweet beaver type baits in another etc.. usually can get a bundle of 3 tubs with locking lids for around $5 at Walmart
