I think i saw something on here awhile back about this...But whats up with the bass that have the bright orange eyes? Have seen many more this year than in years past.

i fish mainly in choke and cualeto and all the fish we catch have green eyes
if the fish aint bitin your doin somethin wrong

I think i saw something on here awhile back about this...But whats up with the bass that have the bright orange eyes? Have seen many more this year than in years past. I am sure someone will know more about this but honestly I do not know for sure but I have caught a few like that on Tyler recently. My guess is it has something to do with the colder water and where they have been living such as shallow or deep the majority of winter time. I do not recall ever catching one like that during the summer. They do change body color depending on where they are living such as grass, muddy or clear water etc.

the bass that have the bright orange eyes? Kentucky bass have redish/ orange eyes, they are a spotted bass so they will have the tooth patch on their tongue as well. Ron
