yea, i would call the warden, but from a distance, a 12" bass or cat is going to look very small. are they very obviously too small? or just little keepers.

That's pretty much y I didn't call.. And I just posted on here.. But yeah this canal in general has alot of under sized fish Taken from it... I fish it basically 6 days a week and I personally have only caugh maybe 8 keeper sized fish outta the hundreds of 6-11 inch fish.. Anyways I'm having a great day catching Carp I've landed 4 so far had 2 break off and 1 turtle!! Oddly enough I have 3 poles out and I've caught everything on the same one exceptthe turtle!!!

I called the warden last night for the same exact thing. They would catch up, drag them on shore, shake the hook out and throw out again. This was in a catch and release pond.
I'm not a snitch, but this is something I am very pro for, its the small ones that become big ones.

Maybe they dont know the regulations, i would give them a fair shot before calling the warden. +100 If it bothers you enough to call a warden be a man and advise them of what could get them in trouble. Some people just don't know until they are told. If you are to scared to say anything or to call because they might hear you then let it be. Putting it on a forum is pretty lame

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think there is a size limit and creel limit at that park.

Bass is was what they were keeping that was undersized.. When they would catch one if I looked over to see it the woman would say hold on he's looking.. Then when I caught the carp I and they ran over to ask me for my fish I said nah I don't eat anything that comes from these waters. They asked why and I said bc 90% of the bass arnt legal keeper size and carp are nasty then they said o and walked away then they left about 5 minutes later..
