I just heard on KRLD (I'll try and find a link and post it) a fish hatchery in N. TX is closing due to the Texas Drought. That hatchery is the producer of 60% of the striped bass and Hybrid that are used to stock Texas Lakes.

Please practice practical, lawfull & conservation when fishing our Texas Waters!

Thank you!

Its the Dundee State Fish Hatchery between Wichita Falls and Seymour. It will be suspending operations until they can get some rain to fill up Lake Kemp and Lake Diversion.

I think LTSA buys their fry from Arkansas - not sure if it's Keo fish farm or what.

I read the same info you got, LocoTex. Redfin, yep Lake Tawakoni Sportsman Association gets their fish from Arkansas, near Little Rock. Yes, Keo Fish Farms.
