 What to use to catch big blues on richland chambers

i,ve been fishing rc for a while now, i,ve been fishing around pelican island and by the dam, but all i catch is average blues and channels, if you have any advice on what to uset to catch big blues, its greatly apriciated

just before you cross 287... pull off to the side and throw under the bridge... alot good shad in that area
