Rangerbill, all ramps are open and the lake is just 1 1/2' low.
The ramp on Hwy 334 (think that is the correct road number) might be your best bet with south winds. Right now the wind is not an issue but, can change anytime.
This is the public, free, ramp on the island between Gun Barrel City and Seven Points. From Mansfield, if you come through Ennis you'll be on Hwy 334 once you go through the light in Seven Points.
You could also use the Don't Port ramp, I understand. It's $5, I believe and on the honor system. The marina is closed but, the ramp is open. It's a difficult ramp to back into but, a good one that the wind is never much of a factor. Hope that helps?

The ramp between Seven Points and Gun Barrel is no longer free. I think it's $3 now as you have to pay the man in the park.
