Has anyone ever turned in a broken g-loomis rod w/out a receipt? Before I send one in was wanting to get feed back from anyone that has & if there were any problems w/ not having your receipt?

I've sent a bunch of them back over the years. Have never sent a receipt and have never had any problems with Loomis.

Yup - no problems...ever. Just fill this out and send it w/your rod.
