How do you know when the fish have started spawning on your body of water? im heading out on the lake to do some fishing tomorrow and a full moon came out on thursday and tomorrow will be very warm here tomorrow.

Well I am certainly not the expert but I would say when the water temps are in the 60-65 range and you start catching the [censored] out of them in less than 5ft of water! Also if your lake is clear enough you will be able to see them sitting on beds!

beat up or bloody tails, or actually seeing the beds are the only full proof ways i know of.

The water has dropped a few degrees with the cooler weather and rain. So areas that were 60-64 are now 58-62. Lots of fish won't leave with that minor of a difference
Find a protected north bank and put your tm on high while chunking a blade or buzz bait and keep your eyes in the water in 3' and less

I have a formula.Its my birthday(March12)plus 1 week=its on like donkey kong.With this mild winter however,go fishing asap.
