Hey guys, I'm hitting Roberts sometime this week. Only been on the lake once as a non-boater. Any advice on where to put in/start the day. I know NOTHING about this lake so any help is appreciated

Jordan is a good ramp to launch. Also the state park ramp is a good place to launch. I would start the day down by the damn around the rocks and such. That's where i always have luck. Might try the shallow stumps and trees up the right fork. Was there last sunday when it was blowing 30 mph winds around, caught one big fish up shallow in party cove around the rocks.

no problem. Id give ya my spots, if i had any. I find that you have to fish everything on that lake everytime you go out there. Its really a tough lake for me personally. The rocks i always catch fish on though

Indian creek, there is lots of grass, and run a trap through it all day.

RR can be darn humbling, but if you stick with secondary points in Indian, or Lick you should find a few. Be careful traveling NE or Wolf Island though....no boat lanes and lots of lower-unit killers up there.

There is plenty of boat lanes just have to be brave and trust the gps to run ur lines. Or chase someone ether works. Welcome to getting punished by rr by the way.
