Today was my first time tying jigs. Me and my dad bought a kit from Bass Pro and broke it open this morning. Already ordering more material on ebay! I'm addicted. Here are my best 6 out of 9 today. (Had nothing better to do today since I'm only 15 and stuck in the house with no drivers license.) What do you think?

That's a good start!! It's a great hobby, and you will get some great rewards when you start catching fish on your own jigs!! Lots of great people on here to help out if you need it!!

They look great. Walmart and others have painted jig heads on clearance this time of year, a good place to get some for cheap. Also do not be afraid to think outside the box for locating supplies, lot of good stuff can be found at hobby lobby or craft shops. Good luck.
May the Good Lord bless you with a bend in your rod.

Good job, Jaydon. If you need some jigheads and want to learn how to paint them, come on out to the house sometime. We'll get after it!

Nice start young man. Good looking jigs.
You should take Tony up on his offer. He would be as good as it gets for you to learn from.
