 Need some help for a school project

This past week I was assigned a video project about any topic I could think of and I decided to do a fishing video. I have 8 videos that add up to 8 minutes of footage and would like to start off by compililing them into one, could anyone help me? The footage I currently have are from different fishing locations within 45 minutes from my house, I plan on shooting more footage tomorrow and may be doing some footage at the bass pro shops near my house as well to add in, The video must be at least an hour long. I've been taking them with my iphone and uploading them to Vimeo with HD quality. My goal right now is to get someone to help me complile the footage from all 8 videos into one single video. The person with the highest grade gets their video on our counties TV channel. Can anyone here help?

If you have an apple computer you should have a movie editing program, tandem the phone to the computer to the program, then you create your video.
