Anybody been out there lately? Just wondering if they are on beds or staging?
Or as shallow as that lake is have they already in post spawn

Did fairly well as far as catching fish. The only problem was they were all in the slot. Caught 12 or 13 with one under and the rest in the slot. Every single one was at least 17 1/2 inches. All came from less then a foot of water

Slot monster sucked this weekend. 27lb won our poormans 2 day tournament and 22lbs i believe won Reeves. Lake got tough this weekend and muddied up. I bet we got 2 inches between noon and 5pm today. Everything here in town is flooded. The water was getting nasty muddy when we left from weigh ins

Really? Towns in Caddo are flooded? How high did the lake rise? I'm headed up there next Sunday. I need details.

It was bad to the bone tough for me today. I put in about 7 hrs fishing for 2 bass and 4 crappie. The crappie came on bass baits. I even switched to crappie jigs to catch a mess of crappie and they quit. I couldn't even catch a chain pickeral. The river is nasty right now with trash and floaters.

Set the hook first, ask questions later!!!
