I saw the fish. I said that I got skunked. The Father-in-law caught 3 nice fish out of flooded timber and brush.

I fished the area across Luna behind the warehouse for about 30 min Sat evening, I caught 1 small lmb. Has anyone ever had any luck where I'm talking about. A great guy from flower mound fixed me up with some equipment earlier that day which made it possible for me to fish again. I can't thank him enough. Just proves that God is good even when bad thing happen!

I cleaned up in there yesterday. My partner and I boated 19 and lost 8. Average was only a hair over2 lbs though. No big ones yet.

Hey man. Where you been hiding? Yeah, they were in shallow timber and brush piles. We ran up on a few schools chasing shad a bit deeper too. It was a mixed bag of jig/craw trailers and spinnerbaits with lipless on the deeper fish. We will need to head out there some time.

I hooked up with 3 quality LMB in here again yesterday. Not nearly as productive as the last trip but quality fish. No pics as I left the phone in the truck by accident. I also found a hidden spot that I ad blew past before. I'm gld I found it.

Went out yesterday and caught 2. One over 4 lbs in about 7 ft of water. I think they are on a post spawn migration as the shallows were pretty unproductive. Deeper grass is where I found them yessterday. I couldn't get bit up shallow.

What were you guys using in the back didn't know there was anything in that water besides buffalo and catfish If you look at the post date that would tell you why they had good luck. SPAWNING was going on then well that would be what I am thinking. The bigger guys in most if not all ponds are going deep now. In that place I would be looking just under the bridge. As you go under the bridge it drops fast very fast and thats where I would look now.
