Excalibur rattles by PRADCO are glass and they are loud. But I don't know if they are the loudest.

The best glass rattles i have found are hard to find right now but made by GLD which stands for garst lure design. I have had exceptional results on these. I had a heavy 9 in a bass n bucks recently and that rattle made her eat. Pulled the jig with a GLD in a big bass kandi speed bug trailer. Got it on outside edge of top and shook it two good times and she knocked slack up in the line. Here is his email and a phone number.
