Took advantage of the bad weather to tie up some bream flies. First time with Briminators - anxious to see how they work.

Those look like some super baits. You should do very well with em. This should be a very good year for fishing!

Great ties FeatherJig! A friend of mine swears by Briminators and Wooly Buggers. He throws dry flies too, but he has much more confidence and patience with the briminators and wooly buggers! I know those Caddo bream will treat ya right and throw out the welcome mat for you. I don't think lake level should be a problem with all the rain EasTex has caught recently. Hope yall have fun and post up a report and

I've had good luck using an ultra-lite spinning outfit rigged with a fly and plastic casting bubble. On a calm day you can sometimes see bluegill rising to insects just like trout on a mountain lake.

WOW!! Those ALL look like great baits to me! Now I'm looking forward to a "Caddo" report! Makes me want to bust out the fly rod
Mark 6:31-32 He said unto them "Come with me to a quiet place and get some rest. So they went away by themselves in a boat to a solitary place"

Do you tie any Copper Johns? I love using them in the summer creeks.
