What size trebles do you put on your 1.5 s and 2.5s kvd. Also what size on ur deep and medium divers. Also while we're at it 1/4 oz rat traps and 1/2 rat traps ? Don't really know if it Changes the action that much if at all. I'm a jignworm kind of guy just trying to become versatile. Thanks

Most of those cranks will be 2s and 4s then your 1/4 oz trap should be 6s don't use them much but that should be right then 4s on your 1/2 oz.

on the 2.5s (my hand-made cranks anyway) I use 2s on my 1.5s I use a 2 on the front and a 4 on the back. I recommend the same for the kvds.
You can put just about as big of a hook on the front of a crank as you want. I normally amp them up until they either start locking with the back hook or until they are wrapping around the bill, but mainly the hook locking. The issues can start occurring on the back hook, because you will start to deaden your action if you make that hook too big and too heavy. The front hook is positioned below the ballast and the weight of the hook doesn't cause as much resistance to action because it just pivots vs. swings.
Rattle traps, go big! 4s or 2s are good, same deal just make sure you don't sacrifice action.

I'm from Alabama man and I fish the coosa chain and of course Gville. We can't throw 3/4 oz traps over here and catch a limit of 5 six pounders like y'all in Texas , thanks for the reply
