I have a 97 skeeter with cable steering & goning to change to hydraulic. It has a tilt wheel on it now, so dose that mean that I will need a tilt helm or is the tilt just in the steering wheel & a regular non tilt hydraulic helm will work?

You'll have to replace helm regardless when you change.

I know that I will have to get ahydraulic helm, its just the tilt helm is double the price of a fixed helm.

I'm not 100%, but I think if you want to keep the tilt steering, you'll have to get the tilt helm for the hydraulic system... I used the regular so I don't know for sure. Either way, YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!
