Its on fire all over the lake. River has been beat to death plus just not the numbers of fish like before the drought!

I'm taking a kayak out there soon. Are there parts of the river that power boats cannot get to? I was planning on starting out at the 78 bridge, but if it's worn out, then I'll try elsewhere.

like the man says...if you're swimming in the ocean and get bitten by a shark, its not a shark attack. You're in THEIR neighborhood. If you're at home in your shower, turn around and a shark is in there with you...THAT'S a shark attack

Mostly snakes up that far. Good luck.

It is not a coincidence that there are lots of boats in the river. The fish are biting there even with all the pressure.

I was an Alabama rig doubter until I watched a guy wear them out on one off the rocks. What is the secret to catching them other than in the river?

I fished the rocks on the north end during the hurricane winds 2 days ago and scratched out... Only one missed fish. None caught... Made for long day!
