Bass on the beds. Catching some good solid fish. I've been fishing the rip tail by OUZO baits when blind casting. Watch the sides of the cypress trees because thats where a lot of fish will spawn. Then I like pitching the goby and bayou bug when sight fishing.

We need this rain but I'm nervous about Caddo. I've got my trip planned for next Thursday. Last time I was able to make it out there, it rained it's butt off and the lake rose so much the boat ramps were all under water. I know Caddo is about a foot high right now. scared

Me and you both shocked I'm planning on being there Thursday thru Sunday and am not looking forward to seeing it flooded. It's a real bummer to see big ol' trees, cows and such being washed downstream shocked

May go somewhere out west instead thumb

Tell the Corp to shut the gates on Pines!!!

You can avoid having ulcers by adapting to the situation: If you fall in the mud puddle, check your pockets for fish. ~Unknown

Open your eyes & look within, are you satisfied with the life youre living.

No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.
