You can use Taylor and Friendship boat ramps. Wilson Fox is closed due to the new water line.
Friends of mine are launching flatbottom's at Willis Creek. But I'm still debating if the water is deep enough for my toon.

There was a pontoon all the way up to the primitive launch just last week. Just be careful getting there... Don't drive your boat on the right side of the little island (if headed upstream) it is a tad bit shallow on that side, like my paddle was scraping the bottom shallow.

Putting in at Taylor lake park is your best bet right now, and from the reports I've heard the lake is near full pool. If your gonna head up the river take it slow and stay in the center of the channel, you don't have to stray out of it much to get into stumps.
